How can I get to your location?

We are located in the central part of the Kitsilano neighbourhood, right on W Broadway, situated between Stephens St & Trafalgar St. Our address is: 2680 W Broadway, Vancouver.

Do you have on-site parking?

We do not have parking on site.

However, parking near our location is easy with both free and metered street parking options available. Free parking can often be found on residential streets south of W Broadway (W 10th Ave and beyond) and north of W Broadway (W 8th Ave and beyond). Metered parking is available directly on W Broadway till 10 PM daily.

Do I have to make a reservation to dine at SATOE?

While reservations are strongly recommended, walk-ins are very much welcome!

How much seating time do I have?

Each table is allotted 1 hour and a half of dining time. If you would like a longer dining time, we recommend booking from 8 PM onwards.

Is there any special arrangement for my kid?

Absolutely! Young diners are always welcome. We offer highchairs on request although quantity can be limited.

Can I bring my own food & drinks?

Sorry, no outside food including cakes and wines is allowed in our restaurant. Cake cutting and bottle opening services are currently unavailable.

Good news is, we have dessert items and a wide selection of wines suitable for any kind of celebration!

I am allergic to certain ingredients. What other options do you provide?

General modifications and substitutions are politely declined, but we do our best to accommodate your dietary restrictions and allergies. While we cannot guarantee full customization, please let us know your needs, and we will see what we can do to make your experience enjoyable.

* Our kitchen uses peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish (crustaceans and molluscs), soy and wheat. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our food is safe to consume for people with these food allergies.

Do you allow pets on the premises?

We love our furry friends! However, under the city’s current pet bylaw, no pets are allowed inside restaurant premises. As much as we would love to host them, we can only welcome certified guide dogs and service animals. We appreciate your understanding.

What payment options do you accept?

We currently accept cash, major debit cards and credit cards excluding American Express cards.

For cash, only Canadian and US dollars are accepted. The conversion rate of USD to CAD is 1:1.

What if I have a question about an existing reservation?
